影片以二十世纪三十年代为背景，讲述了四位曾在苏联接受特训的共产党员组成的任务小组，前往哈尔滨执行代号为“乌特拉”的秘密行动。然而，在与敌军的博弈中，因叛徒的出卖，四位共产党员身处生死较量高危之境。雪地枪战、暗巷追击、酷刑逼供...面对敌人的明枪暗战，共产党人冲锋在前，舍身取义，用生命换来了黎明的曙光。Set in the 1930s, the film tells the story of a task force composed of four Communist Party members who had received special training in the Soviet Union, who went to Harbin to carry out a secret operation codenamed "Outrat". However, in the game with the enemy, because of the betrayal of the traitor, the four Communist Party members were in a high risk of life and death. Shooting in the snow, chasing in the dark lane, extorting confessions by torture ... Facing the enemy's bright guns and dark battles, the Communists charged ahead and sacrificed their lives for justice, and exchanged their lives for the dawn.
