校企行建言献策,共谋划人才培养——应用外语学院召开人才培养方案修订专题研讨会

为了优化专业布局与课程设置,对接行业发展趋势,更好地服务涉外语言服务市场需求,实现更高质量更充分就业需要,构建高水平人才培养体系, 5月16日,应用外语学院召开商务英语专业、应用英语专业人才培养方案修订专题会。广东轻工职教集团外语外贸专业指导委员会组织会议研讨。会议邀请了多名合作企业行业、兄弟院校的外语学院等单位资深专家,应用外语学院党总支书记周延辉、临时行政负责人章国军、党总支副书记闫卫锋、副院长黄奕云、专业教研室主任及专任教师等参加了研讨。In order to optimize the professional layout and curriculum, meet the development trend of the industry, better serve the market demand of foreign-related language services, meet the needs of higher quality and full employment, and build a high-level talent training system, on May 16th, School of Applied Foreign Languages held a special seminar on revising the training programs for business English majors and applied English majors. Discussion on the organization meeting of the foreign language and foreign trade steering committee of Guangdong Light Industry Vocational Education Group. Senior experts from several cooperative enterprises, foreign language schools of brother colleges (universities)and other units were invited to the seminar, including Zhou Yanhui, general party branch secretary of  School of Applied Foreign Languages, Zhang Guojun, temporary administrative director, Yan Weifeng, deputy secretary of the general party branch, Huang Yiyun, vice dean, directors of professional teaching and research section and full-time teachers.

本次会议分两个阶段进行。第一阶段,组织企业专家分析应用外语学院商务英语专业、应用英语专业职业核心能力(含职业生涯发展),从“二维(素质、能力)”、“四步(确定岗位、分析工作项目、划分工作任务、培养工作能力)”、“五解(从技能、工具、方法、要求、知识五方面细分)”等角度,对商务英语专业、应用英语专业对接的数字贸易运营专员、涉外商务助理、新媒体营销专员、新媒体客服等岗位进行明确定位,具体分析了相应岗位的工作任务、职业素养、职业能力,以及通用职业能力素养等,并以企业视角明确规划职业发展路径。第二阶段,兄弟院校外语类职教专家及应用外语学院教师在第一阶段岗位职业能力等分析的基础上,对应专业新国标,并借鉴广东省各高职院校外语学院专业建设经验,深入研讨了商务英语专业、应用英语专业的职业能力界定与课程体系转化。This meeting is divided into two stages. In the first stage, enterprise experts are organized to analyze the professional core competence (including career development) of business English major and applied English major in School of Applied Foreign Languages, from the perspectives of "two dimensions (quality and ability)", "four steps (determining posts, analyzing work items, dividing work tasks, and cultivating work ability)" and "five solutions (subdivided from skills, tools, methods, requirements and knowledge)" The positions of digital trade operation specialist, foreign-related business assistant, new media marketing specialist and new media customer service, which are connected with business English major and applied English major, are clearly positioned, and the work tasks, professional qualities, professional abilities and general professional abilities of the corresponding positions are specifically analyzed, and the career development path is clearly planned from the perspective of enterprises. In the second stage, foreign language vocational education experts and teachers of applied foreign languages schools in brother colleges (universities) have made in-depth discussions on the definition of professional competence and the transformation of curriculum system for business English majors and applied English majors on the basis of the analysis of post professional competence in the first stage, corresponding to the new national standard of majors and drawing lessons from the professional construction experience of foreign languages schools of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.

与会人员集思广益,畅所欲言,进行了深入而开放的研讨,从各个角度为方案修订建言献策,对2021年应用外语学院人才培养方案的修订、专业群建设等起到了很好的推动作用。Participants brainstormed and spoke freely, conducted in-depth and open discussions, and made suggestions for the revision of the program from various angles, which played a very good role in promoting the revision of the talent training program and the construction of professional groups in School of Applied Foreign Languages in 2021.

在研讨会总结讲话中,章国军指出,人才培养方案修订应体现以学生成长为中心、立德树人的高职教育理念,立足广东,聚焦全球数字贸易产业,对接职业岗位能力要求,强化外语语言对新媒体的赋能作用,实现专业优化,引导、助力教师转型,借力产教融合推动产业学院向实发展。(文/应用外语学院 谢成丽)In the concluding speech of the seminar, Zhang Guojun pointed out that the revision of the talent training plan should embody the higher vocational education idea of focusing on students' growth and cultivating people by virtue, base itself on Guangdong, focus on the global digital trade industry, meet the requirements of professional post ability, strengthen the empowerment of foreign languages to new media, realize professional optimization, guide and help teachers transform, and promote the practical development of industrial colleges by integrating production and education.
